Meet Our Director

Denise Hirzel:

Hello, my name is Denise. I am the mother of four children, two grown and two at home. I am excited to be opening The Sunshine Place Daycare Center.

Many years ago I completed the Child Development Program at the Van Buren Tech Center. I have a Associates Degree in Elementary Education, a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management and a Master’s Degree in Early Childhood Education.

My experience working with young children in home, school, and center settings has equipped me to provide your child with the best care possible.

I believe in a very hands-on approach to learning, and provide children with many fun, interesting and educational activities.
